Complete the form in this section to cancel your membership. Completing this form means your membership will no longer be active, you will be billed the remaining 6 months, all membership benefits will be void effective immediately, and any remaining service appointments will be canceled.

HVAC Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

Program Overview

This policy outlines the commitment and cancellation terms for our HVAC Membership. For a full list of your membership benefits, please refer to our Membership Services page.

Seasonal Service Cycles

Enrollment in the HVAC Membership constitutes a year-round service agreement. While the membership fee of $23.95 per month is billed on a recurring monthly basis, the program is structured around two mandatory 6-month seasonal cycles:

  • Spring/Summer Cycle: March 1st – August 31st
  • Fall/Winter Cycle: September 1st – February 28th/29th

Cancellation Terms

To maintain the high value of our inspections, emergency response guarantees, and included MERV filters, we require a commitment to the current seasonal cycle.

  • Early Cancellation: If you cancel before the current 6-month seasonal cycle is complete, you will be billed for the remaining months of that cycle in one final payment.

  • Immediate Voiding of Benefits: Upon submitting a cancellation request, all membership privileges—including the 10% discount on all products and services, priority scheduling, 24-hour guarantees, and emergency services—are terminated immediately.

  • Scheduled Services: Any pending maintenance visits or inspections scheduled for the future are automatically canceled and forfeited upon termination.

Repairs and Component Failures

The monthly membership fee covers your maintenance and inspection labor as defined in your plan. If a system component fails or requires replacement during the course of a maintenance visit, you will be provided with a quote for the necessary repair. Members in good standing are entitled to a 10% discount on all products and services, including repairs, IAQ products, and system replacements.

Additional Units

Memberships covering additional units (billed at $8 per unit) are subject to the same seasonal cycle requirements. Cancellation applies to the entire account; partial cancellations for individual units are subject to the same 6-month commitment rules.

Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew each month to ensure uninterrupted protection and priority status. To stop future billing beyond your current 6-month commitment, you must complete the official cancellation form located on the top of this page.
